When submitting a claim, be sure to specify the following:

  • Name:
  • Address: Zip code + City:
  • E-mail:
  • Product name + variant:
  • Lot code.: * (see below)
  • Best Before: * (see below)
  • Attach Picture if possible
  • Reason for complaint::

It is important that you send us information about the lot code on the product, otherwise we cannot trace the problem.

Please also note that you must keep the product until contact has been established as we may need the product for further investigation.


NOTE: If there is a remnant of the product intact please wait for a reply from our quality department about submission (When a submission is agreed for the product the postage will be refunded).
